Putting Items in Your Cart
You can place your order using our online shopping cart. If
you are not familiar with how a shopping cart works, let me tell you.
First, you browse through the store and find an item you want. Then
you place the item in your shopping cart by clicking

we will get some of your information so that we can send you your products
Currently we accept payment by credit card, check or money order (US$).
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We want to make it easier for you to
shop at Got-a-Stamp, so we're working on making the payment process quick and simple.
We do not currently have a printed catalog. We order from many
different manufacturers, and we're constantly adding new products
to our site. In order to keep our prices low, we've decided not
to print a catalog at this time. If you have any special requests
for a product, please email us and we'll do what we can to help

If you are unsatisfied with your Got-a-Stamp purchase for any reason, we will
accept returned merchandise as long as it is not opened or used. We will refund your money for
the product, but we are not able to refund any shipping costs. We will accept any merchandise
returned within 30 days from the date of shipping.
We're BIG on security. The internet IS a secure place to do business
IF it is done properly. We have taken steps to ensure that our payment server is
100% safe. You can verify that the payment server is safe by looking at the security
indicator on your browser. When you see the closed lock, that means that the information
that you send to us is encrypted and secure.
We send all our orders via the United States Postal System. This is the least
expensive way of delivering your products. For more information on shipping costs,
We are building our stock VERY quickly. In fact, our
office has boxes of stamps from Hero Arts, Embossing Arts, Clearsnap, and more
just waiting to be stocked on a shelf. Steve has been working on building more
shelves to hold it all!
To make it easy for you to know what we actually have in stock, each
item has a stock indicator which tells you whether or not the item is actually
in stock. Here is what those indicators mean:
This item is in stock right now. We will ship this within 2 days
of receiving your order.
This item is on order right now. We are expecting it in, but
don't have it in stock. You can expect a short delay (up to 2-3 weeks) before
receiving an item that is "On Order".
This item is not normally stocked. You will notice that we are
constantly adding new products. Eventually, we will stock everything. But
until then, we want to make it easy for you to order any item that you want. You
can expect a delay of 2-4 weeks on a special order item. Some of our suppliers
ship faster than others. But none of them ship as fast as we do! : )
